IT Administration Officer

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT service requests, procurement orders, budgeting, inventory tracking, and hardware/license renewal
  • Be responsible for necessary procurement documents ready for management approval
  • Assist in contract and license management
  • Handling IT payment process and prepare Finance reports on IT expenses, renewals, and purchases
  • Maintain records of IT assets, software licenses, and service agreements
  • Support IT project documentation, scheduling, and progress reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders for IT-related administrative and logistic matters

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT administration, or procurement support
  • Familiarity with IT systems, asset management, and software license tracking
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Excel for reporting and documentation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese preferred
