Intern, Cloud and AI Engineering

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

•    Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and documentation of our enterprise Azure cloud environment and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
•    Evaluate and test emerging AI tools, including GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot, to identify use cases for improving team productivity.
•    Assist in developing and configuring ServiceNow AI capabilities, Now Assist to automate IT service management tasks, enhance self-service portals, and improve ticket resolution times.
•    Develop and test automation workflow to streamline routine identity management and infrastructure tasks.
•    Support the IT operations team with resolving cloud infrastructure tickets and improving workflows within our ServiceNow platform.
•    Participate in team brainstorming sessions to design scalable cloud architecture and AI-driven service improvements.

Requirements

•    Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
•    Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, preferably Microsoft Azure. 
•    Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) is a plus. 
•    Interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies and automation tools. 
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
•    Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
