AI & E-Commerce Innovation Intern

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

•    Support daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product data management, pricing updates, and content optimization using digital tools
•    Assist in executing data-driven online promotions and marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics to improve performance
•    Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior using analytical tools to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
•    Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-powered features, such as chatbots, automated workflows, and intelligent product recommendation engines
•    Support the integration, testing, and deployment of LLM-based solutions (e.g., conversational search, AI-generated content)
•    Prepare data-driven reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics using tools such as Excel or BI platforms
•    Propose and support innovative ideas to enhance platform performance through automation, AI, and digital optimization

Requirements

•    Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related disciplines
•    Strong interest in e-commerce, digital innovation, and AI technologies
•    Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, or BI tools)
•    Basic understanding of AI concepts or experience with digital tools is a plus
•    Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•    Good communication and collaboration abilities
