Account Manager

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

•    Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction
•    Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions in digital services, IT, and workplace technology to meet client needs
•    Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic account planning
•    Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support for clients
•    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

•    Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
•    1years of experience in account management or B2B sales
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•    Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
•    Fresh graduate will be also considered
