Assistant Marketing Manager

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver branding, corporate communications, and integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Lead customer events, solution shows, seminars, partner activities, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Develop lead-generation campaigns and coordinate lead handover and follow-up with Sales. 
  • Create persuasive pitch decks, solution one-pagers, case studies, brochures, proposal content, and customer-facing materials. 
  • Support product positioning, go-to-market plans, launches, and competitive messaging. 
  • Manage agencies, vendors, project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and assigned budgets. 
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, content creation, presentations, and marketing productivity. 
  • Coordinate with regional team, management, sales, product marketing, vendors, and agencies. 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. 
  • Approximately 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, corporate marketing, branding, events, campaign management, product marketing, or integrated marketing. 
  • Candidates with less experience but strong capability may be considered for Assistant Marcom Manager. 
  • Strong marketing sense, audience understanding, content judgement, and brand awareness. 
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills. 
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns or events independently and deliver multiple projects under deadlines. 
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of lead generation, sales enablement, and business impact. 
  • Hands-on experience preparing sales decks, customer content, event materials, or integrated campaigns. 
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and AI-assisted tools for research, drafting, presentations, and productivity. 
  • Experience in IT solutions, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, workflow automation, managed services, communication services, or office solutions is an advantage. 
  • Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently with senior stakeholders.
