Associate AI Analyst

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI models and solutions, primarily using MS Copilot and AI Foundry, to address business needs and drive digital transformation.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with, and effectively utilizes, automation tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and other automation technologies to streamline business processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Assist the team leader in planning, prioritizing, and tracking all AI-related requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the team in automating business processes and workflows, leveraging AI technologies as well as automation platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand analytical and automation requirements, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, automation workflows, and process improvements for transparency, knowledge sharing, and audit readiness.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI and automation technologies and best practices, contributing to ongoing innovation and the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all AI and automation solutions adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, supporting risk assessments as needed.
  • Provide technical support and share knowledge within the team, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team leader to establish and maintain AI standards and best practices, and coach team members through AI onboarding processes to ensure successful adoption and integration of AI and automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in AI, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in AI model development, with proficiency in MS Copilot and advanced platforms such as AI Foundry.
  • Hands-on experience in equipping and applying automation tools, particularly Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
  • Experience with relational database.
  • Knowledge of robotic process automation techniques and tools (e.g. Power Automate Desktop, UiPath).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality, compliance, and data governance.
  • Ability to document technical solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of SQL and BI tools is an advantage.
  • Certification in AI, automation, or data-related fields is a plus.
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
