Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
• Promote Ricoh’s office products to corporate clients via phone and email, including hardware, government supplies, Ricoh supplies, and paper supplies.
• Achieve monthly sales revenue targets and hardware unit targets, which will be released every fiscal year or upon onboarding.
• Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
• Convert tele sales customers to register at Ricoh’s e-commerce portal and promote new purchases via the portal.
• Generate sales leads for other products, especially new products and solutions, to test the market and maximize phone call productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements
• HKDSE graduate or above
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service; telephone sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
