Consultant, Managed Services

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Managed Services clients, ensuring strong relationships and high service satisfaction

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Identify opportunities to deliver innovative managed services solutions, including IT support, cloud services, and workplace technology

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support

  • Monitor service performance and proactively address client needs and challenges

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Business, IT, or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or solution sales, preferably in Managed Services

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and digital workplace technologies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in client management
