Customer Experience Specialist

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies to enhance overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the continuous improvement of customer journeys across touchpoints
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret customer engagement metrics, sentiment, and behavioural data to identify insights, trends, and improvement opportunities, including workflow automation.
  • Monitor performance of engagement initiatives and provide regular reporting and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Preferable 2 years’ experience in data analysis, customer engagement, CRM, project management or related fields
  • Knowledge of Python, RPA, Power BI, SQL or other digital tools is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered as a Trainee role
