Customer Relationship Manager

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationship with key corporate customers
  • Maintain strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention
  • Be the project manager for customer relationship activities ranging from contributing ideas, organization and follow-up in order to drive customers’ loyalty
  • Analyse short and long terms business needs of customers
  • Proactive provide solutions which fulfils the needs of customer to enhance customer experience
  • Organize and support customer events to deepen customer relationship
  • Prompt and effective handling customer enquiries, compliments, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Review service performance regularly with customers and update them on company developments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide solutions supporting customer business growth

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in a commercial discipline
  • Minimum 2 year’s CRM experience preferable in the ICT industry
  • Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office & PowerBI
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
