Digital Innovation Analyst

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

•    Provide support to process automation projects by contributing to solution design, validation, and rollout activities.
•    Review and assess user activity data and application usage trends to derive insights that help improve and streamline processes.
•    Support AI enabled solutions by assisting with performance tracking, gathering user feedback, and recommending enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

•    Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, organization skills, and a problem solving mindset
•    Highly attentive to detail, proactive, and self driven
•    Possesses clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
•    Candidates from any academic background are welcome to apply
