Digital Operation Assistant
Responsibilities
• Support digital and process automation initiatives by assisting in solution design, development, testing, and implementation to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in end-to-end project activities, including requirement analysis, business proposal preparation, presentation deck development, documentation, user acceptance testing, and rollout.
• Provide technical and operational support, including preparation of user guides and assistance in staff training during solution rollout.
• Analyze user behavior, system usage data, and operational metrics to generate insights and recommendations for process enhancement and productivity improvement.
• Assist in supporting AI-powered and data-driven applications, including performance monitoring, feedback collection, and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to development of AI agents and automation initiations by studying emerging technology trends, use cases, and business impact, and sharing findings with the team.
Requirements
• Undergraduate student, preferably Year 3 / Year 4 at the time of the internship.
• Enrolled in STEM-related disciplines, eg. Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, and related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in leveraging data and technology to drive process improvement.
• Experience in AI tools, Python/ RPA development/ Power BI/ SQL, or other innovative tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Self-motivated, and well-organized, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
