Digital Operation Specialist

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Support digital and process automation initiatives by assisting in solution design, development, testing, and implementation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in end-to-end project activities, including requirements gathering and analysis, business proposal preparation, presentation deck development, documentation, user acceptance testing, and rollout.
  • Provide technical and operational support, including preparing user guides and supporting staff training during rollout, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze user behavior, system usage data, and operational metrics to generate insights and recommendations for process enhancement and productivity improvement.
  • Support AI-powered and data-driven applications, including performance monitoring, user feedback collection, and identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of AI agents and automation initiatives by researching emerging technology trends, use cases, and business impact, and sharing findings with the team.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, exposure to corporate IT services or business analysis is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and technology to generate insights and drive process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools is preferred. Knowledge of Python, RPA development, Power BI, SQL, or other innovative tools is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and well organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
