Support digital and process automation initiatives by assisting in solution design, development, testing, and implementation to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in end-to-end project activities, including requirements gathering and analysis, business proposal preparation, presentation deck development, documentation, user acceptance testing, and rollout.
Provide technical and operational support, including preparing user guides and supporting staff training during rollout, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analyze user behavior, system usage data, and operational metrics to generate insights and recommendations for process enhancement and productivity improvement.
Support AI-powered and data-driven applications, including performance monitoring, user feedback collection, and identification of improvement opportunities.
Contribute to the development of AI agents and automation initiatives by researching emerging technology trends, use cases, and business impact, and sharing findings with the team.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of relevant experience, exposure to corporate IT services or business analysis is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and technology to generate insights and drive process improvement.
Hands-on experience with AI tools is preferred. Knowledge of Python, RPA development, Power BI, SQL, or other innovative tools is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Self-motivated and well organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
