General Manager, Digital Sales
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the digital sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new digital sales channels and opportunities, including e-commerce, social media platforms, online marketplaces, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and IT teams to create integrated campaigns and seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches.
- Manage digital sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to senior management.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of digital sales platforms and tools, ensuring a user-friendly and secure shopping environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the digital space.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve digital sales processes and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related fields; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful digital sales strategy development and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of digital sales channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
