Intern, Workplace Design

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Assist in workplace design and office layout planning
  • Support preparation of design proposals, presentations, and drawings
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on workspace requirements
  • Assist in site visits, measurements, and documentation
  • Support project execution for office renovation or workspace improvement initiatives
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of design-related materials

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or related disciplines
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of workplace/office design concepts preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
