Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing day-to-day support in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) operations like Position Management, report compiling, new hires SSF account maintenance, users’ permission management & governance. Act as a local governor role and work closely with regional HRIS administrator.
• Understand internal stakeholders’ needs. Enhancing digital employee experiences throughout employee life cycle. Automate HR processes by fully utilizing the SSF features like Employee Central, On/offboarding, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance & Goals. Streamline HR workflow and processes to achieve operational efficiency by partnering with regional HRIS team and APAC vendor.
• Compile Compensation and PMGM Review Template on need basis by supporting the Compensation & Operation team.
• Review & improve internal HR Communication SharePoint infrastructure by leverage the latest AI or digital process.
• HRIS data analytics and compile monthly workforce management report to key stakeholders.
• Driver for HR AI applications in workplace. Adopt digital and AI tools like Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI to improve HR digital experience
• Conduct HRIS training to internal stakeholders including new hires. Promote the adoption of SSF.
• Support diversity & inclusion data analysis as well as other ad hoc projects.
• Act as a project lead for People & Culture Projects including SSF Employee Self Service or new features UAT and Launch.
• Participate in Ricoh ISO 27001 (Information Security Management ISO) related assignment , system audit (internal & external) . System governance and
information asset risk management. Involve in system audit by internal & external on need basis.

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience in HRIS management or process excellence
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (position management, compensation, performance management) or SAP HCM
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, pivot tables), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent project management with leadership skill. Detail‑oriented, reliable, and a collaborative team player
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese
