Legal and Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and prepare commercial agreements.
• Manage and maintain standard contract templates, and provide legal admin support, including contract management, approval and signing process.
• Provide support in resolving contract disputes and perform legal research.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures that adhere to Ricoh Group’s policies, internal guidelines, relevant law and regulations. 
• Support the enterprise risk management process and related documentation.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Legal Studies or above, or a university degree in other disciplines but with relevant experience
• 2 years of relevant contract review and drafting experience
• Strong business acumen, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-minded, well-organized, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
