Senior Operation Administrator

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes for SGF staff, including coordination with HR and IT.
  • Coordinate requests for email account creation, system access setup, and account termination for new joiners and leavers.
  • Prepare and maintain sales incentive reports and related administrative records.
  • Assist in compiling sales performance data and generating periodic reports.
  • Coordinate document approval processes, including preparing documents for management review and signature.
  • Maintain employee records, organization charts, and departmental documentation.
  • Support meeting arrangements, scheduling, and preparation of presentation materials when required.
  • Assist in monitoring administrative workflows and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle general departmental administration and ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting a sales team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Experience in sales administration or reporting is an advantage.
