Senior Supervisor

Work location:  Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

  • Develop problem solving skill of service engineers to provide service support effectively for the assigned territory
  • Deploy service strategies, standards, best practice to cope with the business requirement
  • Improving and maintaining custom relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
  • Build collaborative working relationship within the team and counterparts
  • Manage team performance to achieve the service objectives and targets

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with at least 5 years of experience in managing field service support team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Follow procedures, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good command of PC and computer networking
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Candidate with higher qualification and more supervisory experience will be considered as Senior Supervisor
