Perform refurbishment of green machines to restore functionality and quality
Handle new machine pre-installation (LIP) and solution preset configuration
Support troubleshooting, overhauling, and reconditioning of machines in the workshop
Provide on-site service support to assist field engineers when required
Carry out refurbishment of fusing units and reconditioning of PCU components
Dismantle and manage spare parts and HDDs to support operational needs
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in workshop or field service
Diploma holder or DSE graduate
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification preferred
