Job Summary

To lead and manage the overall operations of the branch with a core focus on driving sales revenue and profitability in office automation and IT solutions. This includes overseeing sales, service delivery, credit collection, and administrative support to ensure business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Job Description

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute branch sales strategies aligned with corporate goals, focusing on office automation products (MFPs, printers) and IT solutions (software, cloud, infrastructure).
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities such as managed services, subscription models, and digital transformation projects to expand revenue streams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track revenue, margin, and sales pipeline metrics; proactively address performance gaps to meet targets.

2. Profitability & Business Growth

  • P&L Management: Oversee branch profit and loss, ensuring sustainable profitability via cost control and revenue growth strategies.
  • Pricing Strategy: Optimize pricing and bundling to balance competitiveness with healthy margins, adjusting to market and customer needs.
  • Revenue Expansion: Drive upselling and cross-selling of value-added services and IT solutions to grow business and improve customer satisfaction.

3. Credit Collection & Risk Management

  • Receivables Oversight: Monitor and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables through follow-up or coordination with credit control, maintaining healthy cash flow.
  • Credit Assessment: Review and recommend credit terms based on risk and payment history, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Implement strategies to minimize bad debts and maintain target Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), strengthening financial stability.

4. Customer Service & Contract Fulfillment

  • Service Excellence: Maintain high standards in equipment delivery, installation, and after-sales support, meeting customer expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with technical teams to promptly resolve service issues and ensure contract compliance, maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track SLA compliance, customer feedback, and satisfaction scores; initiate improvements as needed.

5. Branch Operations & Administration

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily branch activities including invoicing, inventory control, documentation, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal standards, and health & safety regulations to mitigate risks.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with logistics, finance, service, and IT departments for smooth operations and goal alignment.

6. Team Leadership & People Development

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a multifunctional team including sales, admin, and service support staff to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Performance Development: Conduct regular reviews, provide coaching, and identify training needs to enhance team performance.
  • Culture Building: Foster a customer-focused, results-driven, and collaborative culture aligned with company values and objectives.

Education

  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office automation and/or IT solutions industry, including branch or sales team management.
  •  Strong understanding of office equipment sales, solution selling, and managed services models would be added advantage.
  •   General understanding of financial statement would be added advantage.
  •   Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
