【About Position】

In 2019, Ricoh Group acquired DocuWare, a globally renowned document content management company, further enhancing our comprehensive services for intelligent document processes. In response to the passage of the 電子簽章法 in 2024, Ricoh Taiwan continues to integrate well-known international electronic signature brands, strengthening the existing solutions for digital contract management, to meet the growing demand for digitalization and intelligence in document processes domestically.
【Job Responsibilities】
- Planning and designing for the Digitalization and Automation of Business Document Processes, including:
- Conducting user interviews and analyzing client document processes.
- Evaluating solutions and planning system architecture.
- Drafting Statements of Work (SOW)
- Preparing and delivering client proposals and presentations.
- Provide business support and consulting for clients.
- Assist the team in system issue diagnosis or collaborate with international teams.
- Manage implementation and delivery for some specific projects.
- Plan and manage software projects and proof of concept (POC) initiatives.
【Education】
- Bachelor's degree and above
【Qualifications】
- Over 5 years of experience in pre-sales support or implementation/project management for enterprise IT application systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills for gathering and understanding client requirements
- Basic understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, such as domain management, cloud services, MS-SQL, SSO, and high availability.
