Customer Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide IT-related services, with a primary focus on software (approximately 75%) and hardware support (approximately 25%).
- Conduct follow-ups and resolve issues post-installation, including planning and executing periodic maintenance, as per client requests.
- Offer technical guidance and product usage training to clients, including assistance with basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain and enhance positive relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess a fair command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- Basic knowledge and experience in maintaining office automation equipment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle (car or motorcycle).
- Willingness and ability to work offsite across the Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
