Job Description

1. 執行文件掃描、歸檔、原稿復原等存檔服務流程和索引編製
2. 執行文件列印、印後檢核品檢、分類、裝訂和交付等服務流程
3. 執行文件或存檔等銷毀流程
4. 記錄作業項目清單及彙整數據報表
5. 執行部門主管交辦他項事務
