Job Summary

The Parts Officer is responsible for managing spare parts and consumables to support operational and customer requirements. This role ensures accurate order processing, effective inventory control, and timely delivery, while acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, customers, dealers, and external partners to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and dealers on parts-related matters through email and Microsoft Teams.
  • Process and place orders for spare parts for both direct customers and dealers.
  • Maintain and update parts inventory records, including stock monitoring and replenishment.
  • Manage CE parts bins, including manual parts transfers and stock reconciliation.
  • Address and resolve CE parts-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare and issue quotations for parts and consumables to customers and dealers.
  • Coordinate and arrange urgent toner deliveries as required.
  • Work closely with ASPC to manage purchase orders and ensure accurate inventory control

Education

 

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

Skills

 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Cantonese an advantage
  • Able to work independently & resourceful in problem solving skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
