- The HR Generalist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across departments. This includes taking proactive steps to attract and retain talents, coordinating onboarding programs, and ensuring a smooth orientation process for new employees. The role also involves analyzing turnover rates and workforce data to provide insights for decision-making, along with reporting on recruitment trends.
- In the area of Learning & Development, the HR Generalist will manage the training budget, conduct training needs analysis (TNA), and design learning plans that align with the company's goals. The role includes coordinating with external training vendors and delivering internal training sessions where needed. Maintaining training records and competency matrices, as well as reviewing and improving training policies, are also part of the responsibilities.
- Employee engagement is another key focus. The HR Generalist will organize engagement initiatives in line with Ricoh’s values and SDG commitments, support ISO audits and renewals, and maintain HR communication platforms such as HRMS and SharePoint. Ensuring that staff receive timely updates on policies and internal news is essential.
- The role also includes employer branding efforts. This involves implementing branding campaigns across internal and external channels, creating content that reflects company culture and employee experiences, and ensuring that employer branding is embedded throughout the recruitment journey. The HR Generalist will also support internal recognition and culture-sharing campaigns.
- In addition, the HR Generalist will lead or support various HR projects such as onboarding improvements, wellness programs, cost control initiatives, and office-related setups. This includes tracking project progress, working across teams, and proposing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Policy development and reporting are also key responsibilities. The HR Generalist will assist in drafting and updating HR policies in accordance with labor laws and company standards, ensure these policies are well-communicated and accessible to employees, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Monthly reporting will include data on recycling, waste disposal, and energy/environment-related metrics.
- Finally, the HR Generalist will carry out other tasks as assigned by the Manager to support the overall goals of the HR department and organization.

Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably within a foreign or multinational company environment.
Skills & Knowledge:

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Solid understanding of business operations with strategic HR thinking.
