Key Account Manager - Commercial

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage new and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships within the assigned key accounts.
  • Drive sales performance to meet established targets and sales activities.
  • Promote account growth by consistently delivering quality customer experience, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Navigating the sales process, including addressing objections, negotiating competitive pricing, and closing deals efficiently.
  • Deliver tailored solutions and proposals by understanding customers needs, showcasing product value and collaborate with internal teams to create successful outcomes. 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or relevant discipline.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience in B2B environment.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and active listening skills.
  • Self-driven and achievement oriented, with strong sense of initiative and enthusiasm for taking on challenges.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and secure new business opportunities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct.
