Key Account Manager - Commercial
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage new and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships within the assigned key accounts.
- Drive sales performance to meet established targets and sales activities.
- Promote account growth by consistently delivering quality customer experience, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Navigating the sales process, including addressing objections, negotiating competitive pricing, and closing deals efficiently.
- Deliver tailored solutions and proposals by understanding customers needs, showcasing product value and collaborate with internal teams to create successful outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT or relevant discipline.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience in B2B environment.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and active listening skills.
- Self-driven and achievement oriented, with strong sense of initiative and enthusiasm for taking on challenges.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and secure new business opportunities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct.
