Job Description

Regional :

  • Material Litigation Reporting: To facilitate material litigation reporting request from RCL
  • Compliance Violation Reporting: To facilitate compliance violation reporting from RCL, to share Ricoh Group Serious Incident Report with Opcos, to handle /respond to any other requests from RCL
  • Regular review of legal-related organizational structure of all APAC companies
  • Legal support: To provide legal support including contract reviews for Opcos as necessary
  • Ad hoc: Any other legal-related jobs and administrative matters assigned by the superior

RBS :

  • Legal Advice: To handle any legal issues within RBS
  • Contract Management: To review and maintain daily contracts for RBS

Education

Qualification & experience :

Required :

  1. Bachelor or higher degree of Law
  2. Minium 5 years of working experience in legal-related section
  3. Demonstrated ability to independently conduct contract reviews in the ordinary course of business
  4. Demonstrated ability  to collaborate with overseas affiliates
  5. Fluent in English
  6. High level of ethics and integrity 

Desired :

  1. Demonstrated ability to handle personal data protection regulations, cyber security reguations and AI regulations.
  2. Working experience in Japanese-affiliated company
