MANAGER, HRIS & OPERATIONAL EXECELLENCE
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR technology and operations leader to drive operational excellence across APAC HR. This role will own the optimization of HR systems (notably SAP SuccessFactors), lead process transformation, project governance, and change management initiatives. As a strategic bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, you will ensure scalable, standardized, and automated HR operations that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and employee experience.
Job Description
HR Technology & Systems Optimization
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for SAP SuccessFactors across APAC, ensuring ongoing enhancement and operational stability.
- Lead system configuration, including patches, upgrades, testing, release management, and governance to ensure high-quality and compliant HRIS operations.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Drive process elimination, simplification, and standardization initiatives across APAC to improve HR efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct end-to-end process reviews, identify root causes, and redesign workflows for optimal performance.
- Implement self-service or Tier-0 support solutions, including an HR service portal and knowledge management.
HR Project Management & Governance
- Drive end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives by defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with organizational strategy.
- Support other HR functions and oversee the project portfolio; monitor progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and budgets across programs.
- Act as an advisor, providing regular status updates and actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Change Management
- Design and deploy integrated change management plans, encompassing stakeholder communications, end-user enablement, and adoption KPIs to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Facilitate Community of Practice (CoP) sessions; conduct HR user surveys and Gemba walks to drive technology adoption and improve cooperation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Enhance APAC HR dashboard capabilities by improving design, key metrics, and data governance through collaboration with IT.
- Partner with local Operating Company’s HR and other business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide insights into informed decision-making.
Education
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR transformation.
- Experience in supporting multi-country HR operations, APAC is strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management (desirable).

- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels.
- In-depth understanding of HR operations, compliance requirements, and data governance principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
