Project Manager is expected
- To lead and deliver key initiatives across the organization.
- To be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently while managing stakeholders, resources, timelines, and budgets.
- To be versatile and flexible to handle variety of ad hoc projects.
To organize a team to handle multiple projects across group companies.
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project planning, including scope definition in project charter, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks and milestones are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; develop contingency plans when necessary.
- Conduct regular project meetings, status reviews, and progress reporting for stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project documentation, change requests, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and implementing best practices.
Education
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
Education
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in consulting company is an advantage.
