Job Summary

Senior Executive, Aftersales Business is responsible for the Profit & Loss and its analysis of the Annuity business (including Toner and Parts) for all Office Print products and to produce management reports on after sales.

Job Description

•    Responsible for the Profit & Loss and its analysis of the Annuity business (including Toner and Parts) for all Office Print products and to produce management reports on after sales.
•    Business Planning on Office Print aftermarket, analysis and monitor monthly aftermarket revenue and margin.
•    To analyze market including competitor’s price and determine a competitive cost per page for all of Office Print products working with OP Product Managers.
•    Increase Ricoh genuine consumables and parts business in indirect channel through working with sales team and Japan HQs.
•    To have regular contact with the industry market to ensure up to date information.
•    To manage project(s) related to OP Annuity.

Education

1. Degree in Marketing or Business Management
2. Diploma holder with relevant working experience will be considered
3. At least 3 to 5 years working experience in the Office Automation industry or aftersales business

Skills

1. Strong business acumen
2. Good analytical and interpersonal skill
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills is a must
4. Data analytics and strategic pricing skill
5. Candidate with good technical background on electronics device and parts is an added advantage
