Support the Supply Chain Manager in planning, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, inventory & warehouse management, and vendor relations. The role ensures efficient operations, cost reduction, and compliance with organizational goals
Mô tả công việc
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
-
Support sourcing, negotiation, and contracts with suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery).
-
Assist in procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
-
Handle order placement, schedules, and issue resolution.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Management
-
Track and maintain optimal stock levels.
-
Apply control methods (ABC, JIT) and support audits.
-
Ensure accurate records and forecast inventory needs.
3. Logistics & Distribution
-
Manage inbound/outbound logistics and customs processes.
-
Work with 3PLs and forwarders on shipping and clearance.
-
Process orders and coordinate deliveries.
-
Liaise with sellers, dealers, and forwarders for shipping docs (PL, CO, invoice, etc.).

Prepare licenses and service contracts, manage paperwork.
-
Provide delivery docs and machine serials to customers.
-
Support sales with stock checks and delivery arrangements.
4. Process Improvement
-
Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes.

Support ERP and automation tools.
-
Ensure SOP compliance and best practices.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Align SCM with production, sales, and finance teams.

Support forecasting, planning, and vendor payments.
-
Provide original docs to Accounting.
6. Reporting & Analysis
-
Prepare reports, track KPIs, and analyze performance.
Handle other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Trình độ học vấn
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Kỹ năng
- 5–7 years in supply chain roles (procurement, logistics, inventory).
- Experience with ERP systems and analytics tools.
- Good negotiation skill in dealing with internal and external stakeholders: customers, 3PL, vendors, Regional Partners, Sales, Finance
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/SCM software
- Leadership and communication abilities.
