Inventory Planning Officer
Job Description
- Forecast product demand and plan inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Monitor inventory status and identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Create and manage purchase orders with overseas suppliers.
- Coordinate with international vendors regarding order placement, shipment schedules, and delivery status.
- Track incoming products and ensure received quantities align with forecast and purchasing plans.
- Analyze inventory performance and prepare reports to support planning decisions.
- Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and related teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory and supply planning processes.
Education
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Statistics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- 0-3 years of experience in Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Import-Export, or related functions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to communicate effectively with overseas operating companies and international suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
