Job Summary

A Senior Executive, HR is responsible in operational HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals. They oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy development to foster a productive and legally compliant workplace.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess organizational learning needs
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and identify training priorities
  • Develop individual and team learning plans based on performance and business goals
  • Co-ordinate with external training providers, workshops and seminars.
  • Track and analyse training effectiveness and ROI using feedback, assessments and performance metrics
  • Continuously improve learning strategies based on evaluation results and best practices
  • Administer and manage the LMS including user access, course assignment and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives
  • Support in conducting orientation for new joiners during onboarding
  • Assist in mentoring and coaching programs
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies
  • Carry out additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management

Education

 

    • At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

Skills

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Learning & Development or a similar role
  • Pleasant personality, good team player, strong planning and organizing skill, and possess strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
