Job Summary
A Senior Executive, HR is responsible in operational HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals. They oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy development to foster a productive and legally compliant workplace.
Job Description
- Collaborate with department heads to assess organizational learning needs
- Conduct skills gap analyses and identify training priorities
- Develop individual and team learning plans based on performance and business goals
- Co-ordinate with external training providers, workshops and seminars.
- Track and analyse training effectiveness and ROI using feedback, assessments and performance metrics
- Continuously improve learning strategies based on evaluation results and best practices
- Administer and manage the LMS including user access, course assignment and reporting
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives
- Support in conducting orientation for new joiners during onboarding
- Assist in mentoring and coaching programs
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies
- Carry out additional HR-related tasks as assigned by management
Education

- At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Skills
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Learning & Development or a similar role
- Pleasant personality, good team player, strong planning and organizing skill, and possess strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
