Job Description

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing Team, Global PSI Planner, and local Supply Chain Team to align on sales forecasts, financial plans, and launch plans. Collaborations with stakeholders are necessary to ensure supply meets demand, while minimizing inventory and supply chain costs.
• Participate in monthly S&OP meetings; highlight issues and focus areas related to supply and demand and provide the necessary information to facilitate decision making.
• Develop forecasts by SKU, based on market trends and historical demand patterns to meet business plan while maximizing order fulfilment. Maintain an accurate rolling supply and demand forecast by analysing historical demand/sales data and market trends, considering external factors that have the potential to cause disruptions, such as seasonal changes, promotional activities, economic conditions, product changes, raw material and packaging updates, and local regulatory requirements. Manages abnormalities on sudden surged/dropped and scenario planning in Demand and bring it to the attention of the leadership team for timely actions.
• To maintain optimal inventory levels with careful analysis of sales trends, performance, customer demand, and factors that might affect the overall supply chain. Each SKU may require a different optimum inventory level based on the demand for a particular product. Manage the replenishment plan to ensure healthy safety stock for supply continuity and customer needs. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders on clearance plans for Excess, Phase Out and Obsolete stocks.
• For products under your portfolio, lead phase-in/out plans according to business plan to maximize launch success and minimize excess & disposal. Prepares inventory analysis & Phase In/Phase Out projections to avoid inventory excess/shortage.
• Calculate and analyze the gaps between forecasts vs actual sales and report on the impact and consequences. Deep dive into the performance and forecast trend to identify root cause, relevant or actionable trends for over/under bias forecast. Anticipating factors that might influence demand, such as seasonal slowdowns or upcoming promotions.
• Responsible for achieving company KPI performance regarding Demand Planning results based on the defined process in order to achieve company targets (related to DOH, First Time Order Fill Rate and Back Order Levels).
• Responsibility to work according to our quality (ISO 9001), health and safety, and environmental system (ISO 14001) mentioned guidelines, the guidelines of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act) and (ISO 27001) ISMS (Information Security Management System).
• Managing Tasks and Ongoing Projects as and when assigned by the Management

• Scope of work will be revised depending on the management needs or request. Others related duties as and when assigned by the superior from time to time

Education

Qualification & Experience:
• University degree preferably in Business / Finance / Accounting / Logistics Management / Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Skills

• Experience in a Supply Chain role with an understanding of demand supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, financial and operational processes.
• Exceptional analytical, data management and problem-solving skills, highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyse and manipulate large amounts of data quickly to establish data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills with ability to constructively challenge & build great relationships.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work cross-functionally.
• Strong understanding of Inventory and Product Life Cycle Management
• Agile, resourceful and flexible in Demand Planning process improvement
• Analytical capability with Data Modelling knowhow
