Gather and analyze competitor information to support marketing planning.
Coordinate with the Sales team and other related parties to collect marketing information for use in strategy planning and developing marketing activities.
Perform marketing activities aligned with strategies, such as: Content Developer, IT Manager, CTO, business users, and key business units related to Content Strategy and the Content Journey across different platforms.
Coordinate product presentation activities with Product/Engineer teams, including Product Insight, How‑to‑Use content, Case Studies, Technical Deep‑Dive, and other project‑related presentations.
Produce various forms of marketing media including articles, news, social posts, and video content.
Analyze customer behavior using available marketing data.
Plan and execute promotional activities such as online advertising and special promotions.
Assist in organizing online seminars/webinars in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Monitor and analyze competitors’ products and activities.
Prepare pricing proposals and coordinate with relevant units.
Follow up on sales processes, customer issues, and support internal coordination.
Prepare sales reports and relevant documents as assigned.
Work closely with the IT, HR, and Accounting teams on internal project coordination.
Ensure product information is accurate and updated for both TSO internal systems and external communication channels.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Education
Master's degree in marketing, management or other related fields.
Age 23-30 years
Skills
