Job Role: Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description

  • Plan online advertising strategies aligned with technology products and corporate target audiences; analyze enterprise customer segments and define approaches to increase awareness, traffic, sales opportunities, and revenue
  • Plan and manage advertising placements on platforms such as Google, Meta, and others for corporate clients; optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs such as cost efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS); and analyze user search behavior
  • Plan and produce technology-related content, including product updates, key features, and case studies; implement on-page and off-page SEO for technical keywords; and create landing pages to generate business leads
  • Manage and maintain systems for collecting customer data from digital channels (e.g., websites, contact forms, advertising campaigns); organize and track leads; analyze customer interests and behavior to refine targeted marketing communications; and support the sales team in effectively reaching prospects
  • Manage the organization’s digital media channels to position the brand as a technology expert in the market
  • Analyze data from websites and advertising platforms; summarize findings into reports to improve the effectiveness of ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and monitor the use of marketing tools, continuously learning and adopting new tools to enhance campaign planning and performance
  • Coordinate with product and development teams to understand product details and systems; support the sales team with qualified leads; and clearly communicate product and service information to customers
  • Support digital marketing projects by collecting data, evaluating performance, and preparing reports and presentations
  • Monitor, guide, advise, and provide consultation to team members
  • Comply with ISO standards, including safety, occupational health, and workplace environment regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education

  • Field of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree

Skills

  • Work Experience: Digital Marketing in the technology industry
  • Minimum Experience: 1–3 years or more
  • Other Qualifications: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms, with the ability to use various digital marketing tools effectively
