ตำแหน่ง Business Support

DTS Consultant เป็นผู้ให้คำปรึกษาด้าน Digital Transformation ให้กับลูกค้าองค์กร โดยมีบทบาทในการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการ ออกแบบโซลูชัน และสนับสนุนการ Implement ระบบให้ตอบโจทย์ธุรกิจ รวมถึงทำงานร่วมกับทีมทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยจำเป็นต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารเป็นประจำ

Job Description

Key Responsibilities (ลักษณะงาน)

  • วิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงาน (Business Process) ของลูกค้า เพื่อหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงด้วย Digital Solution
  • ให้คำปรึกษาและออกแบบโซลูชันด้าน Digital Transformation เช่น Workflow, Automation, Document Management, Cloud
  • จัดทำและนำเสนอ Solution, Proposal และ Presentation ให้กับลูกค้า
  • ประสานงานกับทีม Sales, Pre-sales และ Technical เพื่อส่งมอบโครงการให้สำเร็จ
  • สนับสนุนการทดสอบระบบ (POC: Proof of Concept) และดูแลการ Implement ระบบ
  • ติดตามผลโครงการ และดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า (Customer Success)
  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Regional / ต่างประเทศ โดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการประชุม รายงาน และสื่อสาร
  • ติดตามเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ และแนวโน้ม Digital Transformation อย่างต่อเนื่อง

Education

Skills

Qualifications (คุณสมบัติ)

  • ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Solution, Consulting หรือ Digital Transformation ประมาณ 2–5 ปี
  • มีความเข้าใจด้าน Business Process, Workflow หรือ Software Solutions
  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ฟัง / พูด / อ่าน / เขียน)
  • มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Thinking) และการแก้ปัญหา
  • มีทักษะการนำเสนอ และการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า
