Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing new customers and dealers while managing existing accounts. This role involves conducting market research to assess the company’s position and competitors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through preparing quotations, contracts, and related documents. The position also requires close follow-up on accounts receivable to prevent overdue payments, timely submission of reports, and effective coordination with other departments to resolve customer issues and maintain strong client relationships.

- Develop new customers, dealers. Handle current customers.
- Market study to understand company position and competitors.
- Willing to take a variety of tasks to meet 100% customer satisfaction and provide the best solution.
- Willing to take on task essential for meeting sales target.
- Responsible for preparation for sales quotation, contract and all related document based on customer’s requirement.
- To follow up closely on AR to avoid overdue and bad debts.
- To full filled prompt and on time submission for reports required by management.
- Established and maintain good relationships with valued customers.
- To facilitate with other departments in resolving customer’s complaints and operational issues to achieve customer’s satisfaction.
- Any other tasks/responsibilities assigned by superiors.

- At least 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Effective multi-tasking abilities.
- Smart, hard working. Can-do attitude.
- Can use Microsoft Office, and computer and have internet skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Able to work with deadlines.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working with dealers is an advantage.
