Strategic Account Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across a designated portfolio of large strategic accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients.
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand and identify business needs and new opportunities.
- Responsible for end-to-end proposal development process, including managing RFP requirements, proposal creation and coordinating inputs from various internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive, value-driven solutions for customers.
- Address customer concerns proactively, manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer activities, opportunities, and pipeline activites in CRM systems.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong initiative and the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with proven ability to secure deals and generate new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct.
