Strategic Account Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across a designated portfolio of large strategic accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients.
  • Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand and identify business needs and new opportunities.
  • Responsible for end-to-end proposal development process, including managing RFP requirements, proposal creation and coordinating inputs from various internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive, value-driven solutions for customers. 
  • Address customer concerns proactively, manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer activities, opportunities, and pipeline activites in CRM systems. 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong initiative and the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with proven ability to secure deals and generate new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct.
