Job Summary

Job Role: Production Printing(PP) Service Support Engineer  

Job Description

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support including system testing, installation, and configuration for Production Printing (PP) systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Analysis: Diagnose and isolate issues related to hardware, software, and network components within Production Printing systems.
  • Vendor & Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to effectively resolve product-related issues.
  • Knowledge Development: Update product knowledge, develop training materials, and contribute to enhancing the technical capabilities of the service team.
  • Service Quality & Compliance: Ensure service quality meets SLA requirements, ISO standards, and workplace safety regulations.

Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge and understanding of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
  • Personal Attributes: Service-minded, strong communication and coordination skills, and results-oriented.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience or knowledge of multifunction printers (MFP) or Production Printing systems will be an advantage.
